Returns Policy

If you wish to return the products for a refund the packaging must be as received with the product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell. 

The consumer must contact us by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the item that they want to return it. The customer then has another 14 days to return it and the company has 14 days when they receive the return to refund the money. So technically the whole process could take a maximum of 42 days.

All Damages, cancellations & Returns are better to be notified via e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the product.
